This is a small type endless wire saw machine ,it’s biggest cutting size is 250*250*250 mm.
The saw blades is diamond wire loop, which is D0.6.
3,Cutting Material :
The cable have a copper core wire,diameter is 15 mm.
4,Cutting Parameter”
The feed speed is 20 mm/min,we made a 2 mm thickness slice, the cutting was quite fast and slice surface was very smooth and flat.
