What is NdFeB？
NdFeB is the third-generation rare earth permanent magnet material, which is called “Magnetic King” because of its excellent properties. High-performance NdFeB is mainly used in motors, compressors, sensors, etc. in the field of high technical barriers.
1. Material introduction
NdFeB is a tetragonal crystal composed of neodymium, iron and boron (Nd2Fe14B), of which neodymium accounts for 25%~35%, iron accounts for 65%~75%, and boron accounts for about 1%.
It is the third-generation rare earth permanent magnet material, which has excellent performance in “magnetic properties” coefficients such as intrinsic coercivity, magnetic energy product and remanence, and is a well-deserved “magnet king”.
According to different production processes, NdFeB permanent magnets can be divided into three types: sintering, bonding and hot pressing, while high-performance NdFeB refers to the intrinsic coercivity (Hcj, kOe) and the maximum magnetic energy product ((BH) Sintered NdFeB permanent magnet materials with the sum of max, MGOe) greater than 60 are widely used in many high-precision fields.

NdFeB cutting is a very important process. Many manufacturers use an inner diameter cutting machine to cut NdFeB, but there is a NdFeB cutting machine on the market that uses a diamond wire loop as cutting tool. As one of the key strategic materials in rare earth functional materials, high-performance NdFeB permanent magnet materials are used in high-performance NdFeB permanent magnets in new energy vehicles, high-speed rail, robots, consumer electronics and other fields. The specific performance requirements are:
1. Low heavy rare earth NdFeB series: 52SH grade products, comprehensive heavy rare earth content < 1wt%;
2.48UH grade products, comprehensive heavy rare earth content < 1.5wt%;
3.44EH grade products, comprehensive heavy rare earth content < 2.5wt%;
4. High-performance radiation ring: comprehensive magnetic properties (BHm) (MGOe) + Hcj (kOe) > 60;
5. High-performance anisotropic bonded magnets: (BHm)(MGOe)+Hcj(kOe)>30.
